Resolution Instructions

For County GOP Executive Committees

 

  • Edit the resolution to suit your group’s needs and convictions or print it out as-is.

  • Follow the normal EC process for passing resolutions.

For Conservative Groups (non-county GOP groups) and Precincts

 

  • Edit the resolution to suit your group’s needs and convictions or print it out as-is.

  • Read the resolution in your group meeting and call a vote for consensus.

  • If the resolution passes, have a representative from your group sign and date (“Representative Signature” and “Printed Name”), fill in the Organization Name, and have a witness from the group also sign and date.

  • Mail or drop off the completed resolution to Attorney General Alan Wilson (certified mail is preferable)
